Been going to Rachael for around 10 years now and I can honestly say I’d never go anywhere else. She is the sweetest person and is ridiculously talented at what she does. She makes every single client feel welcome and appreciated. My mum has terrible anxiety and she has been made to feel so welcome and understood she now looks forward to her appointments not just for the amazing job Rachael does but to have a chat and relax. Cannot recommend pretty in the city nails enough ❤️😘.

Rachael is the best I never know what colour or design I want but she always talks me through my options and never fails to do a fantastic amazing job she never disappoints
